Steelgrass is a chocolate, vanilla and bamboo farm on Kauai's East Side. We offer farm tours and the ultimate chocolate workshop, "Chocolate from branch to bar," which covers every step in the chocolate making process, from fruit on the tree to chocolate in your mouth.
